Yaoi porn comics OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes – Two of Hearts
Hello! And thanks for picking up my silly little horny fanbook. I really appreciate it!
OK KO is such a special show. It's filled with so much love and joy from the creators and it just oozes with a special, hand made quality that is utterly captivating and wonderful.
It is such a joy to see characters like Boxmand and PV on screen together. Such a joy to see a character like Rad or Enid and just to know "Ah yes, the people who made this show are my age, they are like me, they feel similair things and they poured their hearts into this--and, they made everyone queer as fuck!"
I found this show late, only months before being taken off HBO Max. I watched it with my partner in a white hot mess of passion and explosion of fanart. I knew almost right away I had to make a book. I watched episodes like "Boxy Bunch", "Boxman Crashes", "Villian's Night Out", and "We're Captured " over and over because they were my favorite but also-- simply the funiest episodes to me!
I would have genuinely loved to work on any official comics for this show. This is the ONLY show I feel that way about, by the way. I've never felt like I wanted to write for a show, but here I am, yearning to put one little piece into that universe-- to be a part of that wonderful process with an obviously pasionate team.
And thus, I think some of these comics are my response to that desire. The comics in this book are are short (strictly 10 or less pages) to try and match the short run times of each episode. The creators fit in so much good stuff in such short amount of time and I wanted to try my hand at that! It was an interesting challenge.
Boxman and PV are really, truly so special and so fun. They're perfect and perfectly flawed-- an intense, interesting dynamic filled with so many things and so much potential. I would give so much money to see what the crew had in store for these two, especially wedding scene via a movie or special-- they would have done it so right and so goofy, I just know it!
Thank you to everyone who worked on this show, thank you to those who pushed to get these two in, and to those who ruthlessly made PV sexier and sexier. Hero shit.
Thank you to everyone who has picked up this book or reached out to me with a love for this couple. It was great going through the internet and trying to find remants of this couple from when the show was airing. What a joy.
Thank you again to CanaryWitch
and Nikustune for the guest art!
