I've actually notice something, and haven't seen anyone mention it yet.

On the first time they did it, due to Shishikura's heat, we can see a shot of them both in bed, where Kotani didn't cover him with the blanket at all.

However, the second time they did it, although a little, Kotani did cover him with a corner of his blanket.

And in the last shot of them in bed, Kotani did cover him fully with the blanket.

I think this could symbolise how Kotani, at first, resented Shishikura due to a grudge in highschool. And as they spent more time together, he couldn't help but fall in love, slowly.

The blanket symbolises his love for Shishikura, slowly growing, slowly covering him more. Eventually to the point they confessed to each other and the blanket covers him fully.

Honestly, I think this was a very cool detail no one noticed. Any thoughts? 

Btw, those details are only for the story until page 50, the rest are obviously them being lovely dovey so I won't analyse further and focus on the story instead! ^
