In some places, 18 years old is already considered an adult, so yes: Sora is a minor and Hercules is a newly-turned-adult. Those of you who excuse this are just disgusting. And whoever uses the argument "it's only a two-year difference" is wrong; someone who is 18 doesn't have the same mentality as someone who is 16!
